Each week, we confess that we “believe in the life everlasting” (Apostles Creed; article 12). But how many of us stop to think of what we really mean and believe in this confession? When we do think of it, we have many questions about what Heaven will be like. However, when we ask questions like “Will there be animals in Heaven?” and so on, we can miss what the Bible already tells us about the afterlife.
In this sermon titled, “The Life Everlasting”, Pastor John Procee (Chilliwack HRC) leads us through 7 aspects and blessings of Heaven that the Bible reveals. As we listen and see God’s throne room, let us confess with Isaiah, “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts.” Let us also ensure that here on earth, we are storing up treasures in Heaven through Jesus Christ, so that one day, we can experience these 7 blessings of Heaven.
